While you stroll around Brussels tasting chocolates, an important thing to note is the difference in price per KG. Check the price, it can easily triple from one chocolate brand to another; marketing positioning, store experience and the constant research of new flavors will influence the price of each brand.

Tip: you will notice that each shop displays a price per kg for the Chocolates they sell, meaning you can only buy just one per store; the shop keeper might try to sell you a whole bag or a box, but you don't have to, you can simply buy one chocolate per store and create your own tasting tour, enjoy!
